Email issues with payroll conversion
Due to the high volume of people needing to know their email address, please use the following information to help you retrieve your email account information.
Student email addresses are located in MyViking when you click “Edit Profile”. The password is the same as your MyViking password.
Faculty email addresses are located in GCFaculty Portal (gcfaculty.grayson.edu) when you click “Edit Profile”. The password is the same as your GCFaculty password.
Staff email addresses are Last Name and First Initial @grayson.edu, example Jennifer Miller would be millerj@grayson.edu and the password would be your Active Directory password. The same information you enter when you access your computer. Staff will need to contact Daniel Crow for assistance with Active Directory.
If no email address is listed in MyViking or GCFaculty Portal, please submit a ticket online at help.grayson.edu for assistance with Grayson email or Active Directory. This will allow the entire IT department to assist your needs faster.
